There is a lot of information out there and I'm not in a position to verify any of it. You can use some sage to burn and clear out negative energies. If that doesn't work, then it might be worth taking it up with either a landlord if you have one or depending on the level of disturbance, you can take it to a council or tribunal or something. But I did look up also how to get rid of ghosts if it came to that.
