The Progression From Novice to Expert Learner
LZ Granderson: I see some of myself in years past being a self-directed leader when I was at a traditional job and sort of not knowing these terms at the time, but sort of setting a goal of being an expert learner. Talk about the progression there from novice to expert. LZ: It's this three part continuum. So let's start with being the novice learning. We're making these conscious or unconscious decisions to learn. And as much as you might imagine, you're seeking out learning that's important to you. There are key learning behaviors and understanding of the ability to vet different resources for your own improvement.
