Are You Paying Attention?

I'll often apply that that term if I see something that particularly within design doesn't look like it'll be like, it doesn't seem like anyone cares. It's gone to like there's a trajectory within design organizations where it starts out with a certain level of like love and commitment and genuine desire. And then at some point, you know, maybe after a couple of mergers or acquisitions, it's just like, they're just an algorithm running. You don't feel like anything is kind of evolved or that there is a soul left anymore.
