Is Your Mind Full of Assumptions?
I'm comfortable with silence and I know that like other people aren't comfortable with silence. The first sentence is a statement that's stating the premise then the second sentence understanding this helps keep you from jumping to conclusions or create creating false stories in your head. Finally, the third sentence builds an inner patience that allows you to think less reactively and with a greater intention which is the motivating conclusion of logical premise.
