How to Hire a SDR for Your SaaS Company
I think 80% of my sales team is into music. We never even asked that question in interviews. And you don't need to be an SDR for 10 years or five years of your life. You need to be passionate for what you're doing and talented with your creative side of things. So make sure you're building talent in-house, especially for Indians. It's extremely important that we realize that a lot of your SaaS talent has to be created in-house because only then can we scale the SaaS industry in India.
