Is There a Meta-Analysis of Resistance Straining?

In an imet analysis, you take all the given studies on a topic. You do some additional analyses to make sure that there isn't too much heterogeneity between studies. Any one can go look at all the various studies that are out there on pre workout feeding of carbohydrate to influence resistance straining performance. They could probably make similar qualitative conclusions to what we found. And then what we were i jus going to say, firmed by the actual metanalysis itself.
