Most of my colleagues who study perception assume that evolution by natural selection has shaped us to see truths about the world. None of my colleagues think that we see all of reality as it is. But most of my colleagues would argue that accurate perceptions, what we call veritical perceptions, will make us more fit. And so i began to work with my graduate students at justin mark and bryan marion, round two thousand and eight or so, two thousand nine.
