San Diego is a top 20 market, I believe, size wise in America. The Padres are really the only pro sports team now that the charges have left. They're going to build what we believe is a robust academy because they believe very much in having that set up and having that pipeline for players. It's going to be new to this league as well; it feels like they can hit the ground running.
