The Importance of Metrics in Manufacturing
It's a pretty wide range there really depends on the department. The financial department will have their KPIs, which will be more like not only gross sales, profits, costs and inventory turns. It's actually safety, quality, and efficiency. So they'll have some metrics and calculations designed around those particular topics. You come up with your own formula as far as what you think is good and what you Think is bad.
