Are Chemical Signals Really Computable?

I do believe that chemical signals matter in thinking. They're at a pretty low level, but pervasive level. Whether they're all captured by the kinds of things is a whole separate question. So there's the possibility that everything is is computational at its base. I don't rule out analog computation as part of the world of computation as well.
