The Convergence of Genders

I took it over hundreds of years that everyone's just converging to a way of being and of acting more than this is just men becoming more effeminate. I do feel like there's a bit of like paranoid well he has a section about how oh already in the 1980s or something like that and we're changing or becoming yeah feminine so like I don't know maybe my hypothesis would be supported if he had said something about the women becoming more quote-unquote masculine whatever that means but I'm not sure if I take it that you know he's just saying like gender you know traditional gender rules are going to break down soon.
