NASA uses arcane techniques to make sure that they have reasonable accuracy. I think our measurements, it doesn't, there's nothing we can do. We're observing an orbital parameters of things where our measurements are precise enough that the floating point numbers matter. There was a state legislature that apparently legislative tree is pie at one point. That's what I remember.
