Netflix's Strategy for Making Money in the Media Space

We don't know how many people are watching any given show or movie much less what those movies would be earning in terms of revenue if people were actually paying for tickets so you know what effect does that lack of data have on the cultural production system. Do streaming services have any strategy ultimately for making a profit they're not really making money as is right now for the most part yeah.
