Why Every Company Needs to Be a Media Company

This episode is inspired in part by a conversation I had with a CEO friend of mine, which I then wrote a post about on LinkedIn and it sort of blew up. A CEO friend just asked if I thought he should go to a PR schmooze event with a legacy business media. Here's my advice. The bulk of legacy media is a waste of time. No one reads that stuff anymore. Your best ROI will come from building your own media and thought leadership.
