How Did You Discover Circulating in the Nineties?
i would describe it as a conversational modality. It's the yoga of deep conversations, but you put the emphasis on relating and on relationship. And i also really like this idea that yam is like a martial artist training different postures so that they are now equipped to deploy them in a fight. But the fight is very different from the martial art, or the training of the martial art war.
