The Role of Conflict Climates in Organizational Change

Sally Kohn: My doctoral dissertation really focused on the role of conflict climates and organizations. She says her research found that while training is wonderful, it's not enough to bring about change in an organization. Kohn started getting requests to do work with leaders and managers' teams. Now she wants to become certified as a coach for team coaching.
