Is Target on the Rise?

Scot: Target is now my largest retail position, because i keep adding to it. It's down eight %. We all know the two billion dollars worth of inventory in excess that they have,. They already used to kitch and sink the number. The one thing that could bal target out maybe would be a relaxation of some of the tariffs with china. But i disagree. I think the opportunity theres is far better.
