Can You Afford a Home?
The millennial reality is that very few of us are actually going to be able to own homes. So can you not just afford the mortgage? Can you afford everything on top of it? Are you in a place where your schedule allows for you to do those repairs, to do the upkeep, or to pay for somebody else to do that for you? If i can sum up this episode, the biggest thing to keep in mind when considering anything to deal with your financial plan: Your financial decisions are your financial decisions. They are based on your own circumstances.
