What Are Your Thoughts on Language?

I find this fascinating and so incredibly powerful because even you know, I am a user of grammar in my writing. You can't give a people manager a good review if they're not engaged in systematic high quality feedback conversations with all of their employees. Do you care enough to put compensation on the line? Right. Most of our partners care about that. They have invested in it as an organization. And yet the thing I often tell people leaders is that if you really care about making sure that people in the organization are receiving effective feedback equitably, you can't promote any manager who's not providing it. That's where the rubber hits the road, I think.
