6.5 for a small business isn't a bad multiple, is it? No. Highly achievable. Banks like it. Because there's a good handover period, the credibility of the business and the opportunity for the business to continue operating is much higher. So it's quite low risk, which is why the multiple is higher than you would expect. And effectively, they lose control of the business as well. They effectively are the employees.
