The TikTok Bill and the Gift to the IRS
TikTok isn't even mentioned anywhere in the bill. The act gives federal agencies broad powers to conduct investigations, inspect search, detaines, and impose temporary denial orders. There's all kinds of rules, including like just using a VPN from a country that's on the list is considered a violation of the act. Also if you look at section 10, the enforcement, there is a no mention of like search warrants or subpoenas here.
