What Is a Stimulus Response Different Than Cause and Effect?

So ours like a stimulus response, is that? Is it like cause and effect? There's something that happens and then some one else responds to it. You have an input into a system, and then you have an output from the system. And what happens inside that circle is kind of incibernetic theory, it's called the black box. So guess what happens? The output just doesn't fizz into nothingness, eh? It goes back into the environment in which that circle living.
