Are You Taking Your Work as a Cartoonist?

As a cartoonist, one isn't used to be taken seriously. Have you found that you've had problems with people taking your work seriously? I think over the past decade, certainly, cartoonists have come to be taken more seriously,. probably simply because people who have been reading our stuff have aged right along with us.
