How to Get Control of Your Breathing

As soon as they have control I want them to get nasal breathing which is a ton of benefits for you know physiological adaptations. The third principle and the most important one the step that you want to get to as fast as you can is slow it down. That's when you'll actually start to see the heart rate start to drop blood pressure start to drop stress hormones start to drop.
