Conlanging in Japan

There is a conlanging community in Japan but there's very little communication between Japanese con liners and European English speaking. I would definitely call what I'm a part of online a community but I wasn't able to identify that I should say in Japan. In a lot of anime projects and other things there are languages that pop up and you hear them all of a sudden, especially scripts they seem very fond of creating constructed scripts for production design or the kind of visual design of anime and other things. It's definitely going on.
