The Freedom of Speech
The contemporary left is fundamentally racist. They no longer believe that we should judge people based on the content of the character rather than the color of their skin. John Stuart Mill in his day in the 1800s said that the freedom of speech is not just a duty for the government to uphold, but it's a duty that society itself should uphold. Westerners have not always lived up to these ideals, but these ideals only exist in history as a result of European liberalism and only now exist in places that have been impacted by European liberalism.
