Walking relaxes the body because it feels like we're making progress in whatever's there. You don't have to have a p t s d to take advantage of walking and some of the things that e m d r has shown. Most people are not struggling to put the next meal on their plate, although there is a lot of food and security out there in the world. So what are the things that are ailing us?
