Anonymous e maller claims to have seen bob ward on the deck of his home. There are only two houses next to this, so they would either have had to be inside one of them or on the golf course itself. The lack of fencing around the green makes it pretty obvious that anyone could have been standing in bob's back yard that evening with a clear view of whatever was happening there.
