Saying no in a non-anxious way is like everything else in family systems theory. The only way we put it into practice is by trying, which means sometimes making mistakes and then figuring out how we want to do it better the next time. There are going to be situations where we know that we want to say no but can prepare ourselves so they don't happen too often.
If you want to make an impact, you have do things that are important, but not urgent. This means being able to say "No" to many things. Here's how to do it.
