I'm a big fan of Bernay Brown and Oprah and Deepak Chopra. The challenges most men that I grew up with would not be open to ever watching Oprah's show or listening to Bernay Brown talking about vulnerability. There's an enormous amount of pressures that women, I understand, face and feeling like they can't be vulnerable as well. It's hard to be vulnerable in general because it's a lot of fear that comes from being vulnerable.
