What Happened to the Vaccines?

In the last two outbreaks, 280 thousand people have been vaccinated with this experimental vaccine. And to day, there is a licensed acine, and we are now procuring a stock pile, global stock pile, of a half a million doses. The reason that they came so quickly at that moment is because after september eleventh, there was concern in the us about bioterrorism. But in the freezers were vaccines that had been started nd they were dusted off. That's why we could move so quickly in that moment.
