Rebels can be enormously successful rebels. It's a matter of identity. They want that authenticity is so important to them. No matter what you're trying to write, know what you want to say and have something to say. And once you have an idea that you want to communicate, it's like the word inthend. The writing, the quality of the writing actually matters last because you're so excited about the idea and the desire to communicate. Then comes the desire to hone it and to make it very powerful.

Gretchen Rubin (author, The Happiness Project) shares her insight and work on human nature. Her and Greg discuss some of their own creative motivations, understanding different types of personalities, and the importance of relationships and self-knowledge in leading a happier life.
