There are many different versions of this. You could do something as simple as planting a tree. Or you can deploy technologies that, say, capture c o two at the flue of a power station before it escapes into the atmosphere. But this kind of technology is really in its early stages. And coming back to the report, dare i ask if there's anything genuinely encouraging in it? I've just sat through lengthy press conferences and conversations with various authors on this report. The message that they actually want to come out of this is that it is surprisingly positive for an i pc c report.
