i think it's a good thing that coin vase has by out option. It gives the policy teeth, and then, i think, am, it gives the policy teeth. I just wouldn't ever want to work anywhere where my employer kind of speaks for the entire company around politic political issues. And i'd rather have my keep my own politics and my own religious views, or my own whatever it is, than have the firm, in this case, or any company, speak for the e base.
