Colan: Any organization the size amazon can't rest on its laurels. One of the things that i really learn from jeff bazos is the difference between customer focus and customer obsession. And so if your passion's a line with what you're doing and your job, you're pretty lucky. It'll be very interesting to see what amazon is able to innovate and continue on that front.
