What Does It Mean to Be a Citizen of a Country?

Even the hardest corps kind of fiscal conservative would agree that a, that a something that they would basically refuse to call socialism is needed. Ifif ifyou if you get born in a country and you're not allowed as a baby, or able as a baby to go, i think i'll be swedish li lik, then what does it mean to be a citizen of that country? I don't want to have to feel guilt or shame or about getting more at some starting line that i didn't even participate an than other people. Don't want that loss of control over my life.
