We may also have learned behaviors from our family, our parents, in our environment, or whatever. It's just there are certain things that are accepted or not accepted culturally at given times. So it's really useful to understand, look and take a step back at what do we consider acceptable and not acceptable in our culture. You can actually come into your own relationship with it instead of just being driven unconsciously by things that you picked up from your environment.
