Rebuilding Ireland - The Five Pillars

I remember so well. Back in 2016, Simon Cauveny launched rebuilding Ireland and it had five pillars. And I think this has forgotten. 50% of all repair and lease units in the country have been delivered in Waterford. What has that done? It's taken vacant and derelict properties,. primarily in city center locations to deliver one and two bed properties - which has actually resulted in Waterford City and County Council not needing to need what they needed.
