There was an appendix that estimated how many atomic bombs would be needed to destroy each city. Six each from Moscow and Leningrad, now, St Petersburg. A map centered on the North Pole, a company that charted around the world from bases in no Malaska, Stavinger, Norway, Bremen, Germany, Foshe, Italy, Crete, Lahore, India, and Okinawa.
