It has been extremely important for me doing this podcast, building up a community which has grown through Instagram as well as through the podcast world. For people pleasers, to whom acceptability feels important, having a safe space to discover that you already are acceptable without censorship or silence can be truly liberating. There is anonymity and distance online too, and we can lean on these to have an authentic voice where we might otherwise feel too self-
