Is Your Law Firm Ready to Challenge This?

The mayor and the governor have each put in a not insignificant amount of money yourselves into the effort to fund this legal challenge against this federal judge. Are you guys fighting this on the grounds of it's a clear violation of constitutional authority alone? Or is your law firm willing to fight this on the merits that the masks don't even pass any form of a lemon test?
