The Scottish Parliament's Equality Act Is a Devolved Matter, and the Scottish Parliament Has the Right to Legislate on It.

It is the most flimsy piece of argument that I've ever seen. We haven't actually seen as Labour Party demanding that the legal advice that they took their decision based upon. They are not arguing that this bill is not within the devolved competence of the Scottish Parliament. That's not what they're saying. The law that has been passed in the Scottish Parliament does is it's an administrative change. This is about making the process to get a gender recognition certificate much more humane and dignified.That's it, and this has been turned into, it's been blown out of all proportion,. certainly in Scotland, it has for a long, long time.
