Is There a Category of Sponsorship?
Being internationally renowned is probably all that's needed to get into the UK. There are two immigration categories for short-term working individuals and those who want to stay permanently. If you're only coming for three months, then fine use tier five. But if you want to come for a longer period and longer than 12 months, then go over tier two.
