There can be common ground that a particular topic needs to be addressed. Sometimes there are sometimes when you have engagement by a board with an activist stockholder, it leads to some sort of resolution or settlement. Every time you can't reach a resolution and the board and the activist is just at odds, that's when you can have what we call a proxy fight.
