How Long Does It Take to Learn a Language?

Ike: How long does it take to learn a language? My mam's been taking french for seven years and can barely speak it, so, i don't know. I wish there was an answer. Ike: The studio wanted the film makers to say, always two months. But they also didn't want to settle on a time. It's like a great movi to debate in that way.
