LZ Granderson: I think it's important to be very intentional about okay, what is the practical implications of being this confident person? LZ: If you want to grow, you have to be uncomfortable. There is a season of discomfort that you must go through and you must push through in order to become comfortable. Another thing was accountability. Like when I think about the most impactful changes that I've had, especially now, it feels like it's accelerating a lot more because I'm confiding in and leaning on the people that I have.
