Is It a Linear Path?
i wonder if we're in one of those stages where we are progressing and learning, or whether we seem to be slightly stalled out. I know you don't worry, but maybe this is me projecting. The surge forward, though, cannot be limited to awareness. That's the problem. We got to get in there really understand how these cultural ideasnd and assumptions that we make about the necessity for change are embedded in our structures. But we make gains, and they're incremental. And i get impatient, and i worry too, but it doesn't stop me from pushing.
