Freud's Theory of Transference
There's three texts by Freud that I want to like call our attention to collectively. Two of them, an essay called first the dynamics of transference and one called observations on transference love. They occur in a set of papers that are concerned with analytic technique. Another key essay in here is remembering repeating and working through. This is all in volume 12 of the standard edition. There's more right this is this is a concept that is throughout Freud's of and Patrick later today will talk about how this has been taken up and transformed in other psychoanalytic schools.
