It's so common for elite women to struggle with things like menstrual dysfunction and the radius condition that you almost can't be at the top of your game unless you're suffering from it. Whereas for men, it's probably not as critical. Once somebody's got a stress fracture because of bone deficiency issues, they're out of competition. So many women and their coaches even, I was just saying, that's actually what we think happens. It's expected. And being ameneriac for a long period is part of the price you pay to be a good runner. That woman loses a menstrual function. The IOC has got a position paper on it. There's actually a lot now.
