Is the Manager Not the Rosy Perfect Leader?
One manager or one leader could actually create more trouble for different team members on the same team depending on how that manager or leader perceives them to. Not everyone's experience is the same especially if they they come from from different backgrounds that could have that could have something to do with the observation as well. We haven't been the bad of these bad leaders even though they were bad well said I think you should I think we're a fishery and it's quite possible that others on our teams or people surrounding us around us have been the recipient what's the opposite of beneficiary where you something actually hard to be a fishery.
